Check if the battery is discharged. Check it again after charging.
Insert a sharp object such as a straightened paper clip into the reset hole to reset the device.

Check whether an earphone is connected ( Earphone cord functions as an antenna during radio reception. )
A djust the position of the player and earphone.
Turn off any neardy electronic equipment to avoid possible interference.
ㆍA Video or Image file can't be downloaded.
Check whether you converted it with "CQV Converter Program"
Video or image flies that are not converted with "CQV Converter Program", can not be played.
ㆍA flie in SD/MMC card is not opened in AV Player mode.
You have to select "SD/MMC card" in the Setting ( Setting -' General -' Select Memory )
Recording and Picture Menu can't be played.
Check if SD/MMC card is selected in "Select Memory" of General Setting. Try it again after selecting
"Internal" in "Select Memory" of General Setting. ( SD/MMC card can be used for AV Player Menu only )
